Many of our products are fresh, chilled, frozen or perishable food items, including cheeses, jamón and croquetas. Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or modify product descriptions at any time.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Spanish Products.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation from us.

Please review your order carefully before submission. Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations once preparation or dispatch has begun.

If we need to cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided during checkout.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro (€).

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include delivery fees.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information for all purchases.

We accept payments through PayPal, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We carefully manage our delivery schedule to ensure the freshness and quality of all products.

Orders placed from Monday to Tuesday will be delivered on Friday of the same week.

Orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday will be delivered on Friday of the following week.

Deliveries are currently available within Cork City Centre and within approximately 15km of Cork.

All deliveries are handled through private transport to ensure products are transported safely and under appropriate temperature-controlled conditions where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Responsibility for the products remains with us until the order has been delivered to the customer.

We do not currently offer local collection.

All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, branding and website design, is the property of SPANISH DELICATESSEN IN CORK LIMITED, Shopify or their respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Spanish Products.
