Serving Ideas

Blend straight from frozen into smoothies and smoothie bowls for a thick, creamy texture. Thaw and mash into guacamole — season with lime, coriander, and chilli for an instant crowd-pleaser. Use in avocado toast, wraps, and salads. Blend into cold soups, dressings, and dips. Add to sushi rolls, poké bowls, and grain bowls for a nutritious, creamy element.

Keep frozen. Use from frozen in blended preparations or thaw in the fridge for 2–3 hours. Once thawed, use immediately and do not refreeze.
