Serving Ideas
The essential base for a classic Paella Valenciana with chicken and rabbit, or a Paella de Mariscos with prawns, mussels, and squid. Use in arroz negro (black rice with squid ink) or arroz caldoso (soupy rice with seafood). Also excellent in baked rice dishes and Spanish-style rice casseroles.
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Rinse before use. Cook ratio: approximately 1 part rice to 2.5 parts stock.
