Serving Ideas

Butterfly and grill with garlic butter and lemon for an impressive starter. Toss into paella, pasta, or risotto as a centrepiece ingredient. Skewer and barbecue with smoky paprika marinade. Use in prawn cocktails, tempura, or Thai-style curries. Thaw overnight in the fridge or quickly under cold running water.
