How to Cook
Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the frozen gyoza flat-side down and fry for 2–3 minutes until golden. Add a splash of water, cover immediately, and steam for 5–6 minutes until cooked through. Remove the lid and cook for 1 more minute to crisp up the base. Serve with soy sauce or a gyoza dipping sauce.
