Serving Ideas
The essential spice for an authentic Paella Valenciana — steep a pinch in warm stock before adding to your rice. Use in arroz con leche, risotto Milanese, and bouillabaisse. Add to seafood broths, cream sauces, and tagines for a luxurious golden finish. Also beautiful in saffron-infused butter, bread, and desserts.
Store in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Steep strands in warm liquid for 10–15 minutes before use to release full colour and flavour.
